How does shipping work?
Free shipping within Washington State for local orders above $999, except quartz, glass doors, and cabinets. We charge flat rate shipping fee of $150 for each order to nationwide, regardless of the weight. Pick up in our showroom is always free.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us.
When can I receive my order?
All orders can be ready for pick up in our showroom within three business days. Delivery to your home will take 7 business days.
How do I get refund for a product?
Any defective items can be returned for full refund within 90 days when you bring it back to our showroom. There is no time limit for unopened items.
